We arrived at 10 AM and were allowed to register and go to our room. Staff was great. Only problem was at the bar one night when we ordered two drinks and were given top shelve vodka. Cost of the drinks were $21, which we refused. Two drinks of bar stock cost us $16.

The employees at this Holiday Inn were extremely kind, helpful, and willing to change things to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located for all attractions of the city and the rooms are large....with AC that actually works. The view from our room was fantastic!! The hotel restaurant has wonderful food and friendly employees.

This is the only hotel we will stay at when we visit NYC!!!

For our first time in NYC we were not sure what to expect. However, we were pleased with Holiday Inn Midtown. We found the room to be clean and the staff friendly. While having a swimming pool on the roof is a fun idea, the water was so cold we could only stay in for less than 10 minutes.

Actually I was skeptical for the hotel because of the reviews i read,but I have stayed at this hotel two times last year in the winter and summer.I did not experiance with any problem, the rooms were clean and the hotel employee was friendly and helpful. The price was also really good compared to services offered.

Every time I travel to New York City I make sure to stay in the Holiday Inn Midtown because of its fantastic service, and clean rooms. It's in the perfect spot to stay and an awesome place!
