This hotel was good in all aspects. A nice place to enjoy. Good service was given by the hotel staff, would like to visit this place again along with my family and friends.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

The service at the restaurant inside the hotel was terrible. The staff is unfriendly, and right deniers, and stuck up, and mean, and not customer friendly. The hotel staff are very nasty.

I have stayed in many hotels in NYC and feel that the Ritz is probably the nicest. The staff not only was obliging in every way, but they were extremely friendly as well.

This place was awesome. You are treated like a king from the moment your car/taxi pulls up. Everyone knows your name and they are extremely helpful.
