The location of the hotel is beautiful however the very poor service and high prices make you feel cheated. We had a King Grand Suite and the floors were filthy. We had a superior room with a great view, the service was friendly, but we won't be back. The cigarette smoke was terrible. We were in a non-smoking room in a non-smoking tower, but they allowed smoking on the balconies. This smoke permeates everything. so much for getting some fresh mountain air.

The smoke from the casino is throughout the lobby and in the elevators. There is sort of haze.

My husband and myself were "unlucky" because

this "beautiful" resort, we had so much
