My husband and I found at least 8 things wrong in the room when we stayed, one of them being that the deadbolt didn't work. I didn't even count the weird smells. We had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke and there was that musty smell throughout the hallways. There is no way I will ever stay there again.

Their service is horrible. the rooms are dirty and smelly. I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance once and when i went to check in at 1130pm they claim that they didnt have a reservation for me and that they were booked. i had to travel 30 minutes away to be able to stay somewhere. they need to hire more intelligent people and nicer maids.

Stayed at this hotel during a school trip and it was the worst 2 nights of the whole trip. Ther were holes in the wall, dog hair in the carpet, and the sink leaked. This is a very horrible hotel and I would advise that people do not stay here.

I reserved a room six weeks prior to a wedding as part of an allocated block. I confirmed the night before. Upon arriving after the ceremony to get ready for the reception I was told that they overbooked and we were being put up at a hotel 40 minutes away. Service was decent but the hotel had many issues. There appeared to have been a sprinkler malfunction or something that caused extensive water damage in rooms and throughout the hotel. There was mold and peeling wallpaper in many places. TV/movie reception was poor as well. Beds were very hard and pillows old.

Hotel was in a great location. Near New York City and Shops. Service was good and hotel personal was excellent with guests.
