heater in pool was NOT on and weather was very chilly-staff was NOT easy to understqand -too many foreigners-food was crappy in hotel, and we caught a maid eating our snacks in the room-we will NOT stay there again even though we have been staying there for 5 consecutive years

I recently visited Ocean City, NJ for the first time. I found the Port-O-Call hotel to be extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very attentive. I will definitely return to this wonderfull beach and to this wonderful hotel. Thanks for a great first time experience in Ocean City.
