We stayed at the lakeview hotel. It was very clean and quiet. We were just steps away from the beach. There was a sandbar which made it a safe beach espeacially with small children. There were many kids so for us it was great that our kids made friends easily. The row boats are complimentary so we took one out each day.

Look... I'm from the Lakes Region and have had plenty of functions/weddings/etc. to go back to over the years, in plenty of establishments in the area. If ONLY they would put some money into updating, or even CLEANING this place...
The cemetery is on the side where you really only notice from the parking lot, so it's not that bad ...

Great place.......It has lake front beach...Had a wonderful time....Great rooms...Service was toprate....Would go back anytime! Husband and the kids loved it too,,,,Comes highly recomneded. Want to vistit this summer too.

I was nervous about staying there after reading the negative reviews on this web site. We stayed there for 4 nights this past July and had a great time. The beach was clean, plenty of sun and shade, great for families, singles, etc. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, we stayed in the West building. I would return again.

After our first experience, our family is looking forward to returning again soon. The rooms are clean, the facilities perfect whether you are with children or not. Access to everything is within walking distance. The view of the lake is breathtaking for sunrise or sunset. Having a restaurant and continental breakfast suits us just fine. The staff are most courteous and most appreciated.
