Hotel was nice and comfy,the continental breakfast was disappointing, we didn't have a meal in the restuarant, but I think they only had 1 to choose from, odd, because it was a big place, maybe they scale down in the winter months? The staff was helpful and friendly and the shuttle to the airport was great. I'd stay again.

I travel to Merrimack,NH several times per year. And always stayed with you until my last visit. I was treated like dirt!!
Why? Has your management changed? I always bragged about your outstanding service.
Perhaps in the future I'll give you'll one more chance. I don't know?
