The location is great, especially if you are attending a convention. It's an easy walk to the Convention Center. It's also a shortish walk to the Strip, as well as to the Convention Center monorail station.

Housekeeping standards are very low - the room was grimy and run-down. The kitchenette had no microwave.

In defence of the Somerset, the last reviewer said the hotel was a dump, I must say one could consider it that way but I get a great amount of comfort and pleasure in saving over $100 a night staying their and the water pressure is enough to take the hair off your back!
