Most of the staff were great but heard a lot of complaints about managment. Did not like the fact that I had to have a tracking card to get any kind of service.

The rooms were not very new, but they were big and the kitchenette came in handy. The people who worked there were especially nice and friendly. Convenient location, too - five minute walk to the lake, five minute walk to the casinos.

Great room for the price. For the price, great room.

The room was nice, but removed from the casino by what seemed a half a mile. The tram was too slow so ended up walking. The casino was so so. Ate at the Americana Cafe. It was pretty good. Open 24/7 . I have stayed here a couple of times.

I love it! It was my first time out of the state of California, and it was a great experience! I love the kids arcade!!!!The view from the room was awsome! and all the stores, and restaurants were so cool!!!I love this place so much because it's something that I will always remember about what a great vacation I had!It was great!!!!

The room rate provided value but the atmosphere of the dark dull dated dingy late 70`s gambling areas was depressing-
The 1 hour + check in Q was a shocker of an intro to the Hotel.
To stay OK but play the tables and eat somewhere else if you want a bright upbeat Vegas experience.
