The room was great and for the price we got a great view of Reno. Staff was friendly and I loved playing at the tables. The only bad thing was weather jaja but that was my fault for going in the cold time. Check in was horribly long but it's to be expected on a long weekend holiday along with what seemed liked a conference was booked there on the same weekend. Other than I would defnitely go back.

The service is ok. but it needs to be cleaned better. I like it because of its circus. Is good for the family. Windows need to be cleaned more often. The non-smoking rooms smell as if they were smoking rooms in the past. Hotel needs to be improved because the bathrooms have look old and rusty. I will stay again but I'll be verycarful with my kids. I worry were they stand and what they touch.

My husband and I have stayed at Circus Circus two years in a row as part of a bus tour from British Columbia. We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The hotel was great for a family time vacation. Smoke isnt so bad in Circus Circus comapred to all ther other hotels in Reno. Lots of shows to keep the family entertained and no money was spent there. Free Buffet passes helped with feeding the family at a low cost.

We stayed at Circus Circus because they are a "family hotel". But instantly we were turned off by the place due to the unclean room and the poor customer service. We stayed for 2 nights and were hoping the experience would get better, but the circus acts are VERY short, the place is not clean and it is very far away from other Family ...

I liked the clean rooms and the Circus Act.
I came to see the Dog Show and Trapize Show, which I saw the last two years also. I expecially enjoyed the lady from Bulgaria, Ms Tabakoba.

We had no real issues with our room as it was kept clean. The location was awesome as it was connected with the Silver Legacy and El Dorado casinos, major plus so you don't have to go out into the weather!

The buffet at Circus Circus was poor at best as far as quality of food. We enjoyed dining at Silver Legacy and places further out on Virginia Street.

Myself I prefer a firm bed which they lacked.

Bad service, we was standing in queue for almost 1.5 hour to get the key to the rooms. The rooms wasn't clean at all, and no clean beds. The adventure park isn't included in the price for the room, and our kids could not go alone into the amusement park located at the hotel.

This is not a hotel I will recommend!
