It is the Worst hotel i have ever been in my life. We will not get proper response from the staff. The management is very rude with the customers. and the breakfast that they serve contained hairs and smells very bad. So my advice for those who are planning to go there is DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They said that i can use internet for free but no computer is working, so how can we use internet. WASTE HOTEL
They will try to charge you more for your room then agreed when reserving. Our tv was broken and left on the floor of our room. Is ran by a family who doesnt speak english, and have changed hotel name twice since it was a Clarion. Pool unsafe, unkept. Hotel is soooo dirty!! Run, dont reserve room because they will still bill you for it if you cancel within the time allowed. Run...

I was just here last weekend for the Omaha World Series with my baseball team. This was the only place open so we were excited for a pool and what not. We find out the hotel got kicked out of the Clairon chain and to save money they switched the letters around. The staff is middle eastern and do not speak english very well. He threatened us that he ...

Don't let the good reviews fool you....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/18/08
This place is a dump! I would not have my worst enemy stay there (or maybe I would...). I am convinced the good reviews are written by the owners/staff because this place is a hellhole!
Clarino Hotel Omaha is the best hotel in Omaha for the money. The beds are pillow top and comfortable. They have FREE high speed internet as compared with other hotels that charge up to $12.00 per night. They have a great hot breakfast...for FREE, and a lot more. I read some of the other reviews and frankly think those people had other problems, ...

We will not stay here again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/29/08
First of all....hotels.com shows that breakfast is included. Well, breakfast is NOT included. Could not book thru hotels.com since I was calling after the 9:00 pm booking deadline. So, I called the hotel myself and thought about going elsewhere since the person answering did not speak English very well. But, it was late at night and we had traveled ...

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/08/08
This place was crap. This was my first vacation with my 2 little kids in 5 years. We work hard and needed a vacation and thought we found a great place to stay and have fun. The pool was out but we had never been told that until we got there! You could tell it has been out for sometime. My kids cried! We get up to our room to fined no micro or frig ...

Very unpleasant Experience!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/07/08
I attended a one day workshop that took place at the Clarino Hotel in Omaha, NE on June 26, 2008. The stay was very disappointing! The location was terrible! The hotel should be rated one (1) star or less. This is not a three (3) hotel! The Clarino Hotel was 2nd to the worst place I've ever stayed at. We traveled from Kansas to attend a ...

unpleasent experience

I had a very very bad experience at this motel! Well lets start the pool was not in service and you could tell it had not worked for sum time! Which when I made the reservation they said it worked!! In the bathroom there was mold growing everywhere even on the shower curtain. None of the vending machines in the halls worked, one of the elevators ...
When we became bored of Omaha after our first day there, the gentleman that works on the front desk on weekdays suggested that we visit Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo, as it is regarded as among the world’s best facilities of its kind. For me, the Zoo was an excellent diversion from our sometimes annoying relatives; for the kids, it was just ...
