The check in to the Westin was very easy and quick. The enterance was just as pictured on the internet. The parking was also easy and was applied to my bill. We had roaches in our room. We got moved to a different room where the balcony was closed off and the drain in the tub would not stay open. Our room was not cleaned during the 3 night stay, unless we asked. We had to ask for towels three times. The service was terrible. Almost every single employee was rude to us. I would never chose to stay in this hotel. You would have much better luck choosing a Motel 6.

This hotel is absolutely horrible. My coworkers and I are forced to stay here for continuing education due to management policies. We have encountered mice in the rooms and dirty bathrooms. Management refuses to address these issues. The advertisement states that they have a fitness facility, but it does not mention you have to pay five dollars to use it. Management refuses to waive this fee.

We got our room on priceline for an amazing price so we cannot complaint. However, I would not pay $200+ for a room in this hotel. Also, they charge for everything including internet so be warned. A good 3 star hotel. $75 to $150 a night should be the correct price for these rooms.

My friend & I stayed at the Westin from 8-10-07 to 8-12-07. The view of the city was just as we had requested. The room was clean & nicely furnished. Overall, our stay was great.
We utilized the little pharmacy located on the 1st floor for all our needs. Shopping was wonderful. The discount book given to us by the hotel staff at check-in saved us money, which in my opinion, is a definite plus. I would stay at the Westin again.
