I couldn't have expected such good treatment. The experience I had I feel was far superior than any of my other experiences in the past. Top quality!

This motel has the most comfortable bed, and what a great room! We had a fully stocked mini-bar, and a great view of the Ice Skating rink. Everything was 1st rate.

Was a little over priced for the overall food that you get. But the food was great!! and the Service was great and that makes up for alot and we will go again.

They had excellent service and facilities. The employees were great and helpful. They have very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location was excellent as there were alot of places to dine.

I must say I think the part I enjoyed most about the Westin Crown Center was the bed! I think that Heavenly bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The pillows were out of this world too. I still think about it, and really would consider buying one. It definitely made my trip even better to be able to get a good night's rest. ...

The rooms are ok, they could be updated to be more elegant. The pool area is badly in need of anything to improve. Many nice places for dining in Crown Center.

The most wonderful thing about this absolutely beautiful hotel is that it is right in the middle of the whole city and everything to do!

From the beautiful shops and restaurants to the American Heartland Theater (all are right in the hotel), you cannot have a bad time! You MUST see this hotel during the holidays!
