Very nice clean room and bathroom. Has microwave and refrigerator in all rooms which is definitely a plus. Queen Beds were comfortable. Had a table, 2 chairs and a desk. Also, had a coffee maker and hair dryer. Very nice complimentary hot breakfast buffet.

When I checked in, I found that the toilet did not work. They came to fix it , but it would never flush. During showers I had to stand in a tub of dirty water that did not drain. At check out I commented on these problems. I received no apology, no adjustment to my bill. They just ran my bill and sent me on my way.

we were going to stay at the holiday inn next door. but im glad we didn"t i enjoyed my stay here. room was clean bathroom was clean in my books thats a plus for a hotel. great job. i think my maids name was melissa she needs a raise! pool was very comfy although the spa jets didnt work. thats my only complaint. well till next check in see ya thanx alot.

Cleanliness, location, ammenities, complimentary breakfast bar, roomy, close to my family, close to the main places we like to visit when we go to Springfield, on a good street to get around

The Lamplighter is old and needs some work, but it's a good place for a quiet room and attentive service.

People were friendly. Room was nice. I had the King room with a single King size bed. TV was quite large and enjoyable. Free wireless internet was a huge plus. We stay here every time we visit Springfield Missouri and have yet to be disappointed. Centrally located, we find everything we need within a couple of miles. The resteraunt on the premisis is affordable and decent with helpful staff. I needed milk for my infant after hours and had no problem at all with the manager of the resteraunt, even offering to bring the milk to our room. Exceptional facility!

THE SERVICE AND PEOPLE WORKING AT THE MOTEL WERE WONDERFUL!!! YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR FRIENDLIER AND HELPFUL PEOPLE AS THE WORKERS AT THE LAMPLIGHTER ALL THE WAY FROM THE MAIDS TO THE MANAGER!!!! BUT I THINK THEY BOUGHT THE BEDS AT FRED FLINTSTONES GARAGE SALE!!! THE HARDEST BEDS I HAVE NEVER SLEPT ON. WE WERE THINKING ABOUT GETTING BLANKETS AND SLEEPING IN THE LOUNGE CHAIRS BY THE POOL!!! OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIANCE.
