THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE.THE GUEST IS TREATED LIKE ROYALTY,AND A FEEL WELCOME.
THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED.
ROOM SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD AND PROMPT.

The rooms were spacious, the location perfect for Mardi Gras. The entire hotel was clean and visually pleasant. Breakfast was available in an open courtyard and was sumptuous!

Access is limited especially if an event is happening downtown or aroung the Edwards Dome. Many times if you are not booked in advance, and I mean really advance, you cannot get a room, this is usually around big baseball and all football games.

I love to go to this hotel almost every weekend. I love the way they treat their guest. The rooms are just beautiful. I just cant get enough.
Its also great for the kids. The swimming pool area is just great. You can have fun and relax in this hotel. I love the prices of everything.
I also love the dining area. the prices are cheap. the room service is also great. Thats what i love about this hotel because there's nothing to dislike.

tHE ROOMS ARE VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. cHECK IN AND OUT WAS VERY EASY BUT IT WAS A LITTLE PRICEY. vERY NICE VIEW AND SET UP.

AT ITS BEST.GOOD STORES AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY AND SAFE.A PRICE THAT EVERY FAMILY CAN AFFORD.DON'T PASS IT UP.I DIDN'T KNOW THIS HOTEL WAS AS GOOD AS IT IS.

i loved everything about it we stayed there for my birthdya nad the pool and the hot tub is awesome a perfect place for any family! great place to stay i highly recomend this place!

The employees are very helpful. The rooms are large! Room service is great. The atmosphere is excellent. Close to the water.

Dirty, old, and smelly! Rooms were small and not very clean. Pool was crowded and spa was very smelly. Seemed like the neighborhood kids use this as their public pool. Nice food though. Price was too high for what we tried to enjoy. Location is good.
