This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The casino sends me free rooms at this hotel often and even for free I would never stay here again. Trust me, this is horrible. Run!!! Even if they pay you to stay, dont do it!! Disqusting!!!

Would never stay at this hotel again. No internet acess in room. No fridgeor microwave in room. Remote for tv did not work. Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Had no toilet paper twice. Room was not clened until 6pm, Door keys did not work, had to get them redone everyday. Wanted a $50.00 deposit for local phone calls from the room. Staff was not nice.

I made my reservation through the 800-number and was given a great rate. When I attempted to check in the very rude desk clerk refused to give me my confirmed rate. The hotel started going downhill about two years ago. They took out the free coffee downstairs. There is no Microwave in the lobby or in a general area for public use. The only rooms with microwave and fridge are suites and not all of them are equipped with these amenities. No mouthwash in rooms and they do not carry it downstairs. I and several of ...
