The worst room I have ever been inThere was pee on the toilet. The tub was black with dirt. There was so much nastiness in this room we left for a new motel knowing we could not get a refund but the room was so dirty we could not deal with sleeping there.OVERALL

Stay somewhere elseI do not recommend this hotel. When we checked into our room I found a dead bug in the bathroom, a lot of mildew on the shower curtain, bathtub a little dirty, found a pill on the carpet and it looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed very well. Made me wonder if the sheets were clearn. Breakfast was cold and drinks were warm. Probably the best ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Will not stay there againThis was my 4th stay at the Battlefield Inn and my last. The room we had was next to the pool and very noisy. When I started to check out they had charged the credit card for 2 rooms and it took ages to get to fixed. Seeme like everyone that came up to the desk had a problem.OVERALL

Would certainly stay again!!My daughter and I stayed here last spring and we had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent and treated both me and my daughter like family. Our room wasn't fancy but it was clean and we loved the evening cocktails ( Shirley Temples for her). The restaurant was great. Southern hospitality at it's best.2 of 2 Yahoo! Nice place to stayit was very charming The lobby was decorated in Southern style with lots of period looking pieces. the breakfast was so delicious and it was included in the price. Sorry to have to say it but you "don't got it all" any more. I've been staying at the Battlefield Inn approximately twice a year for many years. I missed last year so had no idea the Battlefield Inn had changed hands.

never againfirst room smelled terrible was dirty, they alow pets in the room,next room not much better had hole under door and lots of bugs,stayed anyway because it was late and was tired what a mistake.checked out early next day. staff was very rude.lots of other hotels for the same price that are alot cleaner and friendlier.1 of 1 Yahoo! rude staffIn 2007 we stayed at the Battlefield Inn and it was okay. So in June 2008 I booked 5 rooms for myself and some of my family.At check in I asked if my AAA discount was applied,and the clerks reply was she didn't know and seemed put out that I asked. warm and welcomeWe arrived early and had to wait to check in, rocking in the chairs on the front porch was relaxing, hotel manager located us different rooms so that we could check in early, enjoyed the free full breakfast each morning and the free drinks each evening. Relaxed by the pool and slept peacefully. Our Company sent us to Vicksburg for a 3 day workshop, for the price and the extras, I plan to stay again with Family.1 of 1 Yahoo!
