I have stopped in your hotel many times because everyone is always so pleasant, friendly and helpful. However I must compliment your bell staff for being especially great last Friday.
I had gone to a Target meeting without my briefcase.imagine that! I called and explained that it was in my room and within minutes's it arrived...saving my meeting!
Thanks to them and to everyone in the hotel....my favorite hotel!

They lost my reservation even though I had a copy of it with a number. Only able to accomodate me for one night. Room was OK. I'd be more upset but the Marriott across the street bailed Radisson out by finding me a nicer room for the remainder of my trip. I should have just went to the Marriott in the first place. Kudos to the Marriott, better try next time (although it won't be me trying the next time) for the Radisson.

We ended up staying at the Radisson after we experienced horrible service and accommodations at the Marriott across the skyway. We were attending a marriage conference and it was our first weekend away from our toddler and newborn. The Radisson was happy to accommodate us and match the Marriott price. We stayed here for a couple nights recently. It's a beutiful hotel, Radisson's flagship location, with great rooms and amenities. Excellent service. The locaton is great, too, with proximity to movie and live theaters and lots of dining.

We were most impressed with the bed/ bedding and bathroom at the Radisson. Very elegant, spacious bathroom and ample pillows with a down comforter on the bed.
Also a great location, convenient to most downtown activities and the skyway is also a plus.
