What a Beautiful Hotel!The Hyatt staff was exceptional! Everything from the Front desk to Housekeeping, this hyatt definetely has "the Hyatt Touch..."
Great Location, walking distance to everything! they do charge for parking :-(

Location is great!I appreciated it's location; nearness to so much of the action in downtown, yet it's a getaway when that's wanted. The service was prompt and respectful. Very Romantic and will be going there on our first wedding AnniversaryThe Meal was great! The waitress really were very helpful. But Dinner quite spendy. But was great!The rooms were very clean and the room servive was right on time. We asked for a wake up call and they were right on time. Everything smelled fresh and very delightful. luxuriousI LOVED THE FACT THAT IT LOOKED SO ELEGANT. THER WERE WATERFALLS AND PICTURES THAT REALLY BROUGHT THE FRONT GUEST LOBBY TO MY ATTENTION. I can't wait to come back.Everything was great. There is great food. There is very good service. They have nice hotels.Their malls are awsome. They have alot of good places to eat. Love to stay there againI liked this place because it had the most cordial folks working there and really made you feel welcome like family. I met my Dad's family that he never knew as he was adopted when he was small and his father remarried and had 6 more children and my father had brothers and sisters that he never knew about.
