Now I can see why Hilton pulled out of this property. The interior was dark and the staff was equally. I will not return. My second night in Novi, I went accross the street to the Wyndham, I believe? The rate was competitive and the service was far superior. It was a great value for the money!
The one positive thing I can say for the Crowne is the location was good.
