I was arranging a family reunion and block off 30 room and given a great rate, host room. When it was time to sign the contract the room rates went up and the host room was taken away. Ask to speak with the sales manger and was told she made the changes. She never spoke with me nor explained why the agreement was change. The sales department need to return to school for business sense.

Rude Staff and Damp Rooms
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/06/09
After driving 6 hours from NJ we attempted to check in 2 hours earlier then the 3pm check. Instead of the staff being polite they were EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly about an earlier check in......nice way to greet your guests. The lower level is grossly damp with a chlorine odor from the pool. The website advertises a happy hour at their pub and when we to happy hour there wasn't one!!!
I recently attended a wedding in Plymouth and the only thing that sucked about the wedding was the hotel. We were promised alot of things that never happened such as maid service. I was there two days and never, for some reason did my room ever get cleaned. We were told by management that after the wedding, the hotel bar would be open until ...
I want to express our appreciation for the kindness and help shown us by all the staff in this hotel. When we arrived on the 11th MAY 08 from the UK, my wife was ill. This is when to the much needed help kicked in.Durring the entire week of our stay everyone was really great. Front desk staff, dining room and cleaning staff. The whole place was very ...
I stayed at this hotel around the holidays, and I have to commend how festive and cheerful everyone was! The indoor pool is very nice (even though it seems half the rooms have balconies that look down on you while you swim). It's located next to a little nook of cute stores, and within walking distance of the Mayflower and Plymouth Rock. ...

Give me a break!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/10/08
As far as some of the other reviewers are concerned, I think they don't know what they're talking about. Especially the person who complained about their block of rooms for their wedding. I'll bet that I was there when you were, and you were a pain in the neck. Another reviewer said that the restaurant was expensive. It isn't! I ...

Nasty!! Don't send wedding guests here!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/13/06
My wedding is in 2007 and I tried to work with the Radisson to block rooms. First of all, they only block off a few rooms and then these rooms are released back to the hotel a month before the wedding- not much of a deal. Another area hotel just discounts the rooms based on availability up until the day of the wedding. The Radisson also charges ...
Not ideally located for walking around but you can't beat the price for clean, comfortable rooms, great service and a superb breakfast. In slow season you've got the place to yourself if you don't like the crowds.

A total waste!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/21/06
The staff was helpful and friendly...but waht I don't like is that the restaruant was aweful! The restaruant was very expensive too...plus there was no complimetary breakfast so why did I spend on this hotel 170 if there isnt any breakfast...the whirl pool was nice but the reg pool was cold! And I expected it to be right by the beach but it wasnt. A waste of money!
