I usually stay at Courtyards often, this is by far the best I have stayed at. GREAT staff. Walked in from a long day and it was so nice to hear a warm welcoming when I came to the front desk. They were especially helpful of getting me directions to a super market and a good local place to eat. The room was spectacular! Nice and clean, and a comfy bed to sleep on after a long day. I will defintly be back to this hotel!

The staff at check-in were very helpful and friendly. The room was small and very hot, despite the cold weather outside, and somewhat worn and grungy, although not really dirty. It's right next to a Trader Joe's, which is your only option for food within walking distance. Free wireless internet. The "Sleep Number" bed felt like sleeping on an air matress. Rather expensive considering the bad location and small room.

BASED ON OUR RECENT STAY, I WAS ABOUT TO WRITE A SOMEWHAT FAVORABLE REVIEW UNTIL OUR LAST DAY. THE PROBLEM IS LOCATION. ALTHOUGH THE VIEW OF THE CHARLES RIVER IS BEAUTIFUL, THE HOTEL IS NOT REALLY WALKING DISTANCE TO THE "T" OR, EVEN A RESTURANT. YOU MUST USE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE. THE DRIVERS ARE HELPFUL BUT, SINCE THEY'RE OVER TAXED, ...

Really nothing special about the hotel or the room (we had the prepaid "Good Buy" room). The biggest problem is if you are there as a tourist/visiting colleges it is about a mile walk to the Red Line of the T (Boston subway) at Central Square and the nearest restaurants and shops (this line goes to Harvard, Tufts and MIT and others). This hotel was alright the food was really overpriced and this hotel was way too hard to find! the beds were comfortable. the pool was nice.

Very nice and clean hotel with a great view of the Charles River. It was fun watching the rowers training. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The shuttle was wonderful and always ready when we were. Our room was pleasant and the staff was tremendously friendly, helpful and outstanding. My husband received the Distinguished Alum of the Year award from BU and we felt you treated us special, even though you had no idea we were honored guests.

Needed work. The closet door wasn't properly installed. The bathroom ceiling was falling down. No one to help with your luggage. The staff was ok. And there was NOTHING in the immeadiate area to do.
