I booked 2 Rooms for 2 nights on holidayinn.com. Travelling with in-laws and a wife and a kid. Upon arrival, after a long 15 minute wait (at the Priority CLub check in Counter) for the front desk staff to finish chatting with a fellow employee about weather, he tells me that they have only 1 room for 2 nights and they are sold out! The service was friendly, the restaurant and bar were excellent, rooms were clean, great pool, gym and hot tub and 5 to ten minutes to Haymarket sq on the orange line for $2.00. Plus the shuttle was great when we used that.

Best Staff I've ever seen

The People that work at this Hotel are the most friendly and professional I have seen any where. I travel a lot due to business and this 3 day stay has set a new bench mark for what I expect when traveling, from the polite efficient checkin, live entertainment in the night club, a varied menu with food that actually tastes great to the clean comfortable rooms.

The pool and the rooms were nice, but those were the only things. The staff, with the exception of housekeeping who were wonderful, didn't seem very willing to help with anything and they weren't very courteous. Always seemed like it was a bother or a hassle to talk to them or ask them a question. The shuttle is a joke. Always slow and unpredictable as far as availability. It is unlikely I would stay here again.

It is a very nice looking hotel, a little too much on the price. It's very clean and the shuttle service is great. For the price, should provide at least a continental breakfast.
