Good place to stay in New Orleans area.We stayed four nights while attending classes in Metairie. Got a nice discount for multiple night stay.
The staff was well trained and helpful, security was evident during the day and obvious at night, and there were fresh baked cookies at 7:00 PM in the lobby. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean and there was ample off the street ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Great Place!The moment my eyes fell on this place i knew it was going to be a lovely, and very nice place to stay. It was well worth every penny, it was close enough to the FQ and the GD but far enough away to not deal with big crowds. The room was great, clean and spacious, the whole hotel was nice. Enjoyed being therei just stopped by this place before continuing our trip to New Orleans and i didnt' regret it. it was a very good place to spend the two days i stayed there plus they have a great swimming pool and a nice restaurant.You did not find this review helpful.1 of 2 Yahoo! Good hotel - bad Yahoo!The Ramada was a nice hotel. It is nicely located for business in Metairie and the surrounding areas. The room was comfortable with fresh paint and well kept grounds. The staff was excellent, especially Luann (sorry if I'm off on the spelling). They will go the extra mile for the guest!
