New Orleans Adventure
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/14/09
We went during the weekend I would strongly suggest this for travelers. It's cheaper to book the hotel online but if you go during the weekend, you might be able to snag a spot right in front of the hotel and park for free on the weekend. Ask for an outside room, you get two windows (or three like we managed) and the view is wonderful. Shopping ...
The only thing we didn't like was no parking . Best breakfast you'll ever eat. Great location. Beautiful hotel. Very friendly people and very helpful in making arrangements to sites. Unbelievable rates for 6 people. If ever there again we'll definitely use this place again.

Impressive Renovations
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/24/08
I stayed at the Embassy Suites New Orleans in Jan 08 and was very impressed with the on-going renovations. I was in room 7220, a suite which was clean and comfortable. I easily connected gto the free wireless internet from my room. The hotel service I experienced was very cordial. The exercise room was completely new with new exercise bikes, ...

Great Wedding Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/07/06
We hosted a wedding weekend at ES and everything was perfect. Nice rooms (suites) for the guests, a wonderful larger suite to use as the hospitality room, and excellent service from hotel staff. No need to host a brunch on the day of the wedding because of the generous breakfast served free by the hotel. we will stay there again.
The area around New Orleans may have slowed as a result of Hurricane Katrina but the service at the Embassy Suites Hotel in New Orleans was great. The staff is ready and prepared for your business. Featuring complimentary breakfast, which can be cooked to order, and gracious employees greeting you and wishing you a beautiful day - each day - ...

2005 Mardi Gras Rocked
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/10/05
Breakfast made to order is to die for! Loved the happy hour (good poorboys). One parade came right by the hotel. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Met lots of wonderful people. The only problem - the sofa bed was pretty shot, but we didn't need it after all.
I'm hoping that things are getting better for those whose lives were touched by the hurricanes. Bless you all.

Good place to stay.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/23/05
The thing i liked about the hotal was the location of it. It is located in the CBD. The thing i disliked about the hotal is the value of the rooms because the service isn't that good.
This is absolutely the best place to stay during the Jazzfest! Conveniently located in the Werehouse District - just blocks from the French Quarter and close to the Riverwalk - across the street from Howlin' Wolf - with free breakfast and happy hour - it cannot be beat!!
I loved the interior design of the hotel. From the lobby, the inner wall of the hotel had a painted motif with the room windows which I thought that was very innovative!!! The view from the higher level rooms was amazing!!!! You could see all of New Orleans!!! I couldn't wait to go back someday, and I hope I get that chance!!!
