I liked the panorama... the Mississippi river with all the big ships....the mall is very close... so you can go shoping , eating very easy... It`s just fabulous!

Stayed during Jazz Fest, a seasonally very busy time in NOLA. But in the midst of the chaos, the service was great, and the room was fabulous - no complaints. Highly recommend it as a solid go-to hotel in the city, especially if you want to be near the fun but not right smack in the middle of it (in other words, the hotel is just outside the quarter - close enough to walk there, but far enough away that you can escape the craziness)

The hotel iself was nice, but being a Hilton Honors member, I did not think they would give me a room in which the Train blew it's whistle every morning at 0600.

The Hilton Riverside was a great hotel. It was very clean. The service was great. The Hilton is in a very good location. It is close to Harrahs Casino and the Riverwalk. Shopping is right outside of the door.
The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Checkout was simple. The Hilton offers express checkout by your television and remote. Parking was easy and safe.

The staff was A+ and the location was also excellent. The staff went out of their way to provide information and directions. The made us feel at home.
