the hotel was noisy. the clerk was very rude and not nice. the room was dark and hot and gross. there was no remote control for the tv. the breakfest was bad. the coffee cups were bad and dirty. the paper cups had a bug in it. i wouldn't stay here again.

This is by the far the worst experience I have ever had. It is a very poorly managed facility. The customer service is horrible. This hotel is not a friendly hotel, if you have a child DO NOT STAY at this hotel. The services here was terrible, the staff was NOT friendly. Nice bedding, decor and more! Very, very clean. Would go back again, but the price is a little high. The adjacent mall was really nice. The front desk staff seemed a bit cold, but that's okay if you aren't the chatty type.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is friendly as well at the hotel is clean and located close to the mall. I will always stay here when going to Lexington

While a little out of the way, it was just a few blocks from two malls and restaurants. Rooms very clean and front desk helpful. Managers complementary dinner was good value.
Overall, a good value.
