    I am writing this email in regards to a complaint I have resulting from a upcoming reservation with an Americas Best Value Inn in Oskaloosa Iowa. After phoning in my upcoming business trip I was advised of a "contractor rate" I could receive from the reservation clerk at the hotel of $38 plus tax for a single and $46 plus tax for a double ...
