Good locationThis hotel was very convenient being located in what they call Cedar-Loo. It is right in the middle of both Cedar Falls and Waterloo with the mall, and restraunts, and stores close by. The room we stayed in was not very clean (still had used soap in shower drain, dirty carpet, dust bunnies built up on shelves and lights, etc). Did have a nice ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Dont beleive the $399/month sign outside.Stayed 6 months. Lower cost than others in the area. Room service very inconstant, depends which person cleans the room. Showers cool.OVERALLService

Good overall value!JLL Extended stay in was a very good value for the money. Great location and friendly staff best selling points. Would be perfect for traveling business needs. It was good..I attended summer school at UNI and stayed here for two months. First of all gave a good rate for what I needed. Rooms were clean, but needs some NEW carpet and some good general maintence, hallway carpets were kinda dirty.
