I stayed there the night before the Mini Marathon and got 3 hours sleep due to loud noise on the 6th. floor. I called the desk twice and they tried to quiet the situation to no avail til well after midnight.
My wake up call was for 4:45. so I was very tired for the race. I stayed here last year with no issues however, sadly I can't recommend it to others after this years bad experience.

I used to stay there many years ago and its just not the same. The staff is unfriendly, the buffet is horrible and the roaches are everywhere! I was afraid to get up at night for fear of stepping on them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had a nice view of the city since I was on the 6th floor. I was staying there for a wedding reception, and the serving staff in the ball room were very friendly and attentive. I would stay there again.
