I EXPECTED A LUXIORY AND RELAX TIME I ALSO DIDNT REALLY LIKE THE LOCATION I ALSO EXPECTED IT TO HAVE MORE RESTAURANTS THE ROOMS WERE TOO SMALL AND YOU ALSO NEED TO GET BIGGER SUITES BUT OVER ALL YOUR HOTEL FROM A RATING OF 1-10 I GIVE IT A 6.

We were in a huge room, for a great price. It was at the end of the hallway, and had window seats and a huge bathroom, and a good view. The location was great for us, as we were there for a show at the Merchandise Mart. The beds were the comfiest I've been in at a hotel...didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. The concierge was very helpful.

i liked the way they greeted me and my family as we came in they were just extra nice went out of there way to make our stay happy

My husband and I really enjoyed their restaurant, the South Water Kitchen. We had a wonderful afternoon sitting at their outdoor patio and watching the crowds.

Not only is this hotel in a hot spot in Chicago, but it has the best food!!! The views are beatiful!!! The rooms are romantice and very clean

My favorite thing about the Hotel Monaco is the window seats! Our room, and the adjoining suite next to us, had deep window seats with cushions, where you could sit and ponder the traffic below. It's a feature I had never before seen in a hotel.

Never would I expect such a lovely hotel to be sensitive to my need for a home away from home pet. The goldfish Hotel Monaco provides to the petsick tops off a perfect stay with warm and attentive service, beautiful and comfortable rooms, a great location, and plenty of other perks. Also has great great pet packages to those who BYOP.
