I was here on business and the place was incredibly comfortable. The service was impeccable. They are pet-friendly, which might be great for some. It's also very convenient to the Loop.

What a great city. Beautiful buildings, the lake, a great history, and a progressive city. There is so much to do that it cannot be listed. The Hotel Monaco proved to be one of the most customer orientated hotels that we have stayed in. The staff demonstrated the meaning of Team-work over and over again and one felt that each were genuinely concerned that your stay with them and in Chicago would be a good and fun experience. Great location to soak up the energy of a great city.
