My company hosted a meeting at this hotel and the service and facilities were so horrible that two of our clients left the two day meeting early. There were holes in the walls, dirty and dark hallways, and the staff was rude and very unprofessional. Definitely go somewhere else!

Customer service was poor. They didn't match the price we found in hotels.com. The AC in the room were not very cold and it was leaking so the floor was wet.
The location was great. Unfortunately there was only 1 ice machine and it was on the 4th floor. Our room had gnats (room 101)and the desk staff offered little to no assistance. It would be more convenient and customer friendly if the restaurant was within the hotel lobby. It is located in such a manner that required the customer to walk outside ...

Elevator carpet too dirty. Very few persons to cover the whole hotel. I checked in sunday 18 and checked out friday 23 first thing in the morning. Room rate was 129.00 + tax. Five days are roughly $750.00 + incidentals. Martha told me a total of 800.00 + included restaurant and phone calls, and said is going to mail me the invoice for my ...
