People are the best part of my staying. Why?
Becaus everyone is so nice and clean. The rooms are so clean and tightful. Makes you feel like back at your house; how nice and clean the rooms are at your house.

I liked the wonderful dacor, lots of paintings on ceilings, ornate decorations and structure. It's an older builing but kept up extremely nicely.

Staff was very friendly. We got a great deal for two rooms, both were huge with two beds, sitting area, lots of room, and there was also two bathrooms!

Georgeous hotel and in a great area for downtown fun. Very clean rooms and friendly service. Roomservice was well prepared and was delicious. Being so close to nightlife all around makes staying there very convienient.

I belive that the Pamler House Hilton Hotel is one of the best hotal in Chicago,IL. You see I had my prom their back in 2000 and the service was good to me and I have had no problem from anyone at the hotal when I was their. Because by the service Excellent I had came back to the Hilton in 2005 and the service was still the same good room-service ...

The Palmer House is one of my favorite hotels because it is located where I can walk to my destinations, the best value in the Loop, the service is outstanding, the management addresses concerns with the right attitude, and I like the old time hotel feel with all the modern amenities necessary.

Its beautiful and romantic. The service was great. We had a wonderful time in downtown Chicago and the hotel is located close to many cool places.

Without a doubt, the best service, luxury for the money, and the best amedities. The location is in the heart of the Loop, and near all the museums, and a block from Millenium Park.

This hotel is one of the best values you can find in Chicago. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel is at the north end of the loop, which is a good location. All this, and some of the rooms are the cheapest you'll find except for the dirtiest places in the city.

I loved how friendly the staff was. If we needed anything a phone call would bring it to our door. My husband and I needed a romantice get-away and we will be coming back for another one, right here.
