what I liked about the place was everything was nice and clean. all the hotel people made sure everyhing was ok .The room I had was outstanding, it was always clean and picked up before we always got back.The location was awsome all most everything was walking distince, and I just always wanted to stay at a hilton so it was a great oppertunity for me.

Overall, the experience was very delightful. It had a very relaxed but romantic fell. The service was excellent, and I can't wait to return.

What I like about this hotel was the service.What I did not like was the price. Too much for bit of romance. This is not a plce for childern.This is more of a place for newly weds.

The Palmer House has been around for a lon time and still does a very good job. The location is perfect and easy to go to and from while downtown.

I liked that it was fancy. I like the outside life and the location this was located in. Very pretty in the nightlife. This was a fancy pretty place. The service was great. The outside night time was magnificent. I like the carpets and ceilings. They had great food and great rooms. The tv channels were okay but nothing special.

It has a great reputation and good location in Chicago. The service is wonderful. It is a wonderful hotel with a lot of history. Super clean.

The staff was attentive and the rooms were well kept. Who could ask for more?!

The Palmer House is the absolute best if you want to impress someone. The staff are courteous, the place is absolutely beautiful. My room was very comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was convenient and the location was great because I was near a lot of places I wanted to visit. I also enjoyed the food, usually hotel food is not that great but they had wonderful food. The deserts are to die for!
