I didn,t dislike anything about th hotel
everything was great.the Room was very confortable,
Clean, the employees has good customer service skills. the food was great.

nice place,very elegant lobby, great ballroom for conferences or wedding receptions, real good restaurant and central downtown location. nice clean room but very thin walls.

The staf is really snobby and condescending. The Doormen only care if you tip them (BIG). The rooms were clean and nice but the staff will totally ruin you experience to this Highly Over-Rated Hotel.
Go to the Drake, or even the Seneca, Hard Rock OR House of Blues Hotels. They ALL have wonderful service.

Great front desk service and the reception provides best service for new comers to chicago like me. I will recommend this hotel to any new comers like me.

I thought that the hotel was absolutly beautiful. I didn't like the location, I thought it was difficult to park. Otherwise we had a wonderful experience.

My stay at the Palmer house was perfect- great service, great room, great location, great restaurants. If you can manage the exectutive floor, go for it- they keep delicious cookies and pastries available at all times, as well as beverages and other snacks, and you can make your own waffles for breakfast. The room was immaculate, and the lobby is gorgeous. Great place to stay!

I like it all almost beside that outside of the hotel was kind of dirty, but inside of it was perfect. The staff was really helpful and quick in service.

I liked the cleanliness it was clean as all could be. I thaught it was way better then a normal Motel 8 or something.
