I liked how friendly the staff was and how close it was to things I liked. The rooms are very comfertable and the bed were nice to sleep in.

I loved the decor! We were treated with respect from the moment we step foot into the Palmer House. The rooms were also beautiful and comfortable. It is in a prime location for all of the performing arts facilities downtown.

This is the place to stay when in Chicago. The Palmer House has more years than I am old of experience in customer service and it shows. I would recommend this hotel to any individual, business, organization or whomever is looking for a hotel that offers all the ammenities one looks for when traveling out of town.

from the moment we arrive, the door of our taxi was opened for us, our luggage was taken out and carried for us, walking in to the lobby took m y breath away, it was absolutely amazing. the service was constant and extremely proffesional. non stop commentment to excellence

Nice hotel in near the theater district. Rooms are well kept for an older hotel. Staff is alwasy very friendly. The hotel has a nice fitness center (but if you are staying on Hilton Honors Free Nights beware... they will charge you to us the fitness center no matter how much you complain!)

The lobby of this hotel is great, but the rooms are dingy. The bathrooms had mold and the sheets had stains. It was a very small room for the big price. I wouldn't go back. I think I would go to Hyatt for that price.

This place was cool.But it could be better. I really didnt like the location. The rooms and lobby was really nice. But over all it was nice.

Awesome hotel. Can't say enough good about it. The staff at this Hilton totally understand service. The Palmer House Hilton is located right on Monroe Street, which is within walking distance to everything. There are several wonderful restaurants located right in the hotel and there are many restaurants within walking distance.
