This place is not worth the money, I left my sons photo in my room and the next day I call to see if it was sent to the lost and found and I have yet to receive a phone call back

Room service never arrived, wake up calls were not made, toilet overflowed, and the towels used for the toilet were put back on the shelf !!! To top it off I came home to $200 extra dollars charged on my credit card and spent 3 hours on the phone getting it removed.

I travel approx. two weeks a month for business and this has to be the most disorganized and unpleasant staff I have ever encountered. Check-in was a joke. I am a very patient man, however, when I have to wait 15 minutes to check-in, then the staff is outright rude to my face, I take offense. The rooms were not as clean as they should be and ...

The service was absolutely outstanding. Each person I came into contact with that was staff was MORE than glad to meet every request. The hotel shuttle will take you to a plethera of nearby attractions, and the ByRequest club is the way to go.
