I have traveled to many hotels in the country for business and can only say positive things about this hotel. The staff are wonderful, well mannered and genuinely interested in ensuring your satisfaction. The rooms are spotless. As a customer service trainer and industry expert, I am very picky about service and cannot find anything here to pick at. The bed is even more comfy than what I have at home. Outstanding value!
