The Sheraton Maui has the best snorkeling at the hotel. They have the best beach, food and service. The pool needed to be cleaned but otherwise we stay there every time we go to Maui. They treat you like royalty. We recommend to everyone we know.

I loved that I got a room upgrade simply for being a starwood preferred guest... I had no special level or anything, just that I was a member... Watched the whales off our deck -it was great!!

This Resort is Heaven! My husband and I honeymooned here in November 2004. Upon check-in we were told our room was not quite ready, but that we'd be upgraded to Ocean Front. This was a nice surprise.

Additionally, we were given 4 drink coupons to visit the poolside bar while we waited for our room. This is the bar where we fell in love ...

This is a very decent and beautiful resort.
It is very quiet and has a more older Guests.
If you want to relax during your stay, this is a great place. No Kids screaming and crowds.
It has a huge area and the best location in Kaanapali. It is also the first resort in Kaanapali, bust has been renewed constantly.
I think it is the best value hotel on Maui.

I just came back from our vacation in Maui and we are very pleased with evrithing,staff very friendly and helpfull,rooms very clean and the view excelent,great food,great wheather,this hotel is a plus 5 star and moore,can't wait to go back next year

THIS HOTEL WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY THE STAFF WHERE VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE. THE GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL. ONE DAY I WILL BE MARRIED HERE. THE BEACH WAS AWESOME AND THE MESSAGE I HAD WAS GREAT, AL THE RESTURANTS HOPEFULLY ILL BE BACK SOON.

The hotel is set in this spectaluar nook at the end of a beautiful beach with amazing views of neighbouring islands and the humpback whales that frolic in the straights. There is a marine park right off the beach where I saw many lovely bright fish, turtles, and lava rock formations. There are gorgeous golf courses, and nice restaurants, as well ...

Been coming here for the past three years for the Maui marathon and just love the location and the people. Great snorkeling right at the beach, sunset is just beautiful especially with a Mai Tai or my favorite a Lava flow, and the service is fantastic.
