The hilton hawaiian village was a beautiful hotel! However, the service was awful. I made reservations for two 17 and two 18 year olds for our senior trip. However, the receptionist literally whined that our reservation was only for two adults and there were obviously four adults (wrong!) and that she was doing us a favor by not charging us $100 ...

Loved it waiting to get back, in the area of all the parties and shopping .
I like everything the sites of the pools, beaches was nice. Good hotel keep up the work.Room service was great the food on the menu was good, housekeeping service was good. Directions to and from local places, bar, shopping malls, resturants. It has a wonderful sunset. The hula dancers performers was nice. The hotel workers were good with assisting you with the tours, and giving directions.
We stayed four days at the Hilton Hawaiian Village to celebrate our 18th Wedding Anniversary. We had an ocean view room which was nice and comfortable but nothing special. The resort has many amenities, plenty of shops and restaurants, but if you’re on a budget this is not the place to stay. The beach was really crowded, so we were happy ...

Pricey, but mostly worth it.

There were about a hundred restaurants and shops downstairs which were a bit pricey. Better, I think, ...

I love this hotel. its the best one i have ever stayed at and i want to come back really soon. I love how the beach is close and the stores. pretty much this hotel has everything to restuarents to stores. i think that was really awesome. they have the best snow cones ever,
It's a wonderful resort. I stayed in the Kalia Tower in July, '07, 12th floor. Beautiful view. The resort is pretty self-contained although it would be nice to have some economical eating choices, besides ABC Store. Besides, Waikiki is NOT the best beach on the island so that's all the more reason to explore the island.

Aloha, I am a resident of Honolulu who stayed at this resort on Mar7-Mar9 2008 for a friend's wedding. We brought our families to also enjoy, however, everything was sooo overly priced. For example, 28USD for valet parking and 22USD if you self park your car. Also 8.00 for a beer and 9.16 for a jack and diet, oh but if you want a Maitai it is ...
