The hotel was nice, but instead of a room with a king size bed, we got a room with 2 full size beds. Apparently when we book it through Yahoo travel, it didn't give us a choice of bed size. It only states king size bed or two full size bed. The bed was nice and soft and very comfortable. The front desk said if we wanted a king size bed, it ...

Fantastic Experience

We loved this place. This hotel is a 10 and then some. Quiet, clean, smells great, great beds. I recommend the Marriott in every way.
Marriott Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is a nice hotel. I had a great view of the beach and Diamond Head. My only complaint was that the bed was not as comfortable as other Marriott hotels I've stayed. That being said, I would still stay here again. The staff was great and resonded to my every need. The picture was taken from my room.

Marvelous Marriott

My family's stay for four nights at the Waikiki Marriott Beach Resort was fabulous. It's location is perfectly located to lots of great activities. Right across the street from Waikiki beach came is very handy. It's staff was very friendly and helpful. The partial-ocean view room was just fine, we were able to view the beach and ...
The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
My Marching Band and I were invited to Hawaii in November for the Waikiki Holiday Parade and we stayed at the Mariott. I would definately stay here again! They always came and cleaned our rooms very well, changed the sheets every day, and since there were four girls in the bathroom, we used up a lot of towels, but they restocked us anytime we asked ...
I booked the Marriott in Waikiki for a family trip which included a 2 year old.
The hotel is immediately across the street from the tidal pool and it was awesome to walk across the street and have a great beach experience with the kids. The water is warm, shallow and wave free.
The hotel has 2 towers. Tower 1 is closer to the beach and ...

Nice hotel, BUT PLEASE READ
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/24/07
If you haven't been to Hawaii, this will be very important to you: Waikiki beach is NOT the reason to stay on this island. You really DO NOT need to stay on Waikiki Beach to have a good time. Waikiki beach is commercialized, the sand is dark brown, lots of people. You can get this in Daytona Beach, etc. The water isn't even that clear. ...
I loved that this hotel took care of the over 200 kids/sponsors for this trip. I was walking around all round eyed when we got there. Everything we wanted/asked for was taken care of. I really did enjoy my trip. The beds were SO comfortable. I can't wait to return to Hawaii and when I do, I will be staying at the Waikiki Beach Marriott!
