GREAT LOCATION TO THE GIFT MART EASY TO GET TO FROM I-75/I-85 NO HIGHWAY NOISE CLEAN ROOMS JUST WHAT WE WANTED WE GO BACK. VERY SMALL HOTEL NICE PEOPLE (FREE PARKING!!!!)

There aren't any dislikes for this hotel.The rates beat anyones we checked on.the room was immaculate.The service with a smile was terrific!!!!!!! They gave us a discount to stay in suite.we had privacy and quiet.the kids enjoyed the fish aquarium in the lobby.

The service was helpful and friendly. The bathroom required flip flops in the shower. The room had a smoking odor, despite it saying non-smoking. The location was convenient, but would not feel ok walking alone at night.

The ceiling in the room was black from something blown out of the vent. A window in the bathroom was open. No bathtub, the balcony faced an overflowing dumpster and it was nasty.

There was a lack in service. Our room smelled terribly. The bathroom was disgusting! Once we reallized how bad things were we left and headed up street.

I like the quiet and underground parking.The place was a bit worn, but otherwise comfortable. Lots of hot water.

Ben, the front desk clerk was THE MOST courteous, helpful and knowledgeable person we've ever met at a hotel. The airconditioner did not work properly so to cool off the room, we had to open the window. The noise from the interstate behind us was very loud. But we only stayed for 2 nights, so we didn't make an issue of the A/C not working. ...
