I read 100 bad reviews and was scared when my company put me here, but despite the reviews our room does not smell, and there is hot water. However NBC didn't work during saturday night live, and our doorknob just broke in half. Other than that it's ok here, macon is scary though.

This place is a dump. I was on the 6th floor and got on the elevator to go to the lobby. The elevator instead took me to the 13th floor and then the elevator would not go down. I had to walk down 13 flight of steps. Do not recommend when you have bad knees. The water was brown, only 4 channels on the tv. ABC, NBC, Fox, and Ga. Public Broadcasting. ...

Only one elevator was working when we arrived. The towels had an unclean smell. The hotel really needs a good facelift. The desk clerks were very nice and helpful. Good location and plenty of room for conventions.

This hotel is in definate need of updating. It feels and smells old. Aside from the fact that it is very close to everything you might want to see in Macon it has no other saving factors. The price is not eual to the value received by far.
