The hotel we had booked for the next night (We got to the city early) was booked until our check-in so we had no choice but this hotel.

The first room they gave us had water in the tub and holes in the wall. The next room they gave us smelled awful and had a leak in the pipes.

When I complained we wanted a refund, they said they cannot do that. The bedspreads were not washed, it was a gross room.
