The Hyatt is a very beautiful and well preserved hotel. I think the price paid is well worth it. The front desk clerk was not that accomodating when we first checked in but came around. There were only three things that were not good about this hotel.

1.The pool was not heated and was very very cold, almost everyone getting in had to get out ...

I love the Hyatt Regency Hotel. It's the nicest hotel i have ever been to. I felt like i was on top of the world. I would recommend any and everybody that like nice hotels to stay at the Hyatt Regency. The service that i received while i was there was far and beyond.

When I was there the hotel was under renovations. My room was falling apart, the wallpaper was coming down. The furniture was falling apart. The staff in the " Italian Bistro" were rude and spoke their minds about your selections. If you complained it was like talking to a brick wall. This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in.

First I love the fact that it was in walking distance to shopping. Second I love the gym, and 3rd I had the best room with the best veiw... The bed was so comfy, like I was surounded with soft pillow that took the shape of my body... If your looking to just have a feeling of getting away relaxing, Feeling a need to tour down town going to the Aquarium and or you the on the go business type... It seems to meet the needs...

We couldn't sleep because of the loudly slamming doors and the constant elevator chime. The staff and management was un-responsive to our complaint. This was not a 4 star experience at all. Save your money and stay at a Super 8. You'll probably sleep better.

I liked everything; however, the best was the bed. Could you tell me what kind of mattress you purchase- my back did not hurt in the morning and I would really appreciate knowing the brand/type mattress you use. Just reply to this e-mail please.

Friendly staff. Excellent help finding restaurants, libraries, directions on getting to downtown Underground Atlanta. They even knew the best time to go to the Coca Cola Factory-a must see in Atlanta.

Fabulous counter food. A great time for coffee and morning wake up. The service at counter is one of the best. Robust food selections are the the best ever in a hotel setting.

Its amazing hotel. We loved our stay at the hotel.I would recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to atlanta area and wants to stay in downtown atlanta.
