I coulc not believe how dirty and outated our rooms were while here for the past week. I was with 14 other co-workers and we all agreed that this place was beyond dirty! We all had to request new rooms or atleast to have them cleaned. There were hairs on my bathroom floor, toothpaste in the sink, dirt on the floor. There was a hair on the ...

The worst experience ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/16/07
They Hyatt Regency Atlanta has been the worst experience I have ever had from a hotel in the Hyatt chain. The service was slow and rude. We were originally told there would be a heated pool and spa...there were neither.
The food orders to the room were often wrong and poorly prepared. It took the Motor Lodge way too long to locate cars and ...
They were awfull. Took them all day to get a package I had delivered to my room. Numerous calls unorginized staff. The room was dirty with, the valet is a joke! The nickle and dime you to death. NO heated pool!! No Jacuzzi! Lost my car and 3 people before me at cehckout to get the cars. They are not a 4 star hotel, shouldnt even be in the Hyatt ...
Service was good, though we did not need service. The room was nice. Other than a larger space and snazzy elevators, it was not better than a Motel 6. Not a bad place to stay, but make sure you do not pay too much for a room here. Also, room service was insanely expensive - $8 for a simple bowl of oatmeal, for example. Internet is $9 per day.
I just realized that you must pay $24 daily to park at the hotel. The person sharing the room will have a car also. This means that the room rate will not be $140.00 that was agreed, but $188.00 a night, meaning together we will pay an additional $200.00 to park at the hotel. Doesn't seem fair. It will not happen again. I have friends who have booked the same hotel for a baseball week-end. I plan to warn them so they can cancel.

Great, except for the location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/27/07
Great staff, clean rooms. Except for the Cnn center, aquarium and coke world, there is not much to do in the city. Everything closes very early. To go places other than these, you gotta take the subway. The food in the hotel is very expensive, but very good. There is no near place to get groceries. In other words: great hotel tostay for less than 5 days.
What a great place to stay if you live in in north gerogia like me a great place to stay and very close to turner field for the braves games and the price's are so good compared to the rest around there very clean, nice room size and always ask for a high floor the views are so great the 24hr room service is a big time plus so if your flight comes in late and you need to grab something before you head to bed this is the place
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by multiple bellman. Also, as soon as you look up, all you see is floors and floors of multiple hotel rooms. You can see the beautiful elevator. Also, it has a massive gold torch figure that sticks out of the ground from levels below. The room we had was beautiful. It was on the 18th floor, and the view was ...
