I was in Pensacola on government business, recently. We booked at two other hotels before cancelling them out and coming to The Crown Plaza. This is the place to stay in Pensacola. The staff are very,very nice.

I had such trouble finding a decent place to stay in Pensacola - I'd almost given up hope of staying within my budget but then I found the Crowne Plaza online. It met all my expectations and then some. My compliments to the housekeeping staff which were always ready to greet you in the hallway and immediately brought me more coffee to my room ...

very nice hotel, but if you stay on the lower floors, 1st, 2nd or 3rd not sure about the upper floors. be sure to pack plenty of patience and ear plugs. a train track is right behind the hotel and comes through every 2 to 3 hours. even at night so if you are not used to alot of noise or already have trouble sleeping do not book here. it drove me crazy. wanted a romantic weekend and came home more tired than when i left!

I have traveled to the Pensacola area many times but this was my first stay at the Crowne Plaza. The location was convenient to the freeway, the rooms were clean and roomy. The hotel amenities such as fitness center, restaurants, gift shop, library were beyond my expectation. I would recommend the Crowne to anyone and will be staying there on all my future travel to Pensacola.
