Stayed for 3 days, hotel rooms not very clean, had to request clean towels 4 times before received. Front office help on the morning of 11/27/05 very unfriendly and combative. Will never stay there again

The place looks great if your looking from an aerial view. But please don't go inside. The service is horrible, the elevator is falling apart, and the ice makers on each floor are surrounded by pure filth. And please don't check out the grounds, the tennis is overgrown and the grass on the property is dead. Me and my husband only stayed one night. Thank God, we didn't book for the whole week.

This is the most awful place I have ever set my foot on. I made the reservation to Travel Velocity, when I arrived at the hotel (if you can call it that) half of hotel is on some sort of construction. The first room we were assigned was not made up or clean and the door was open. The second room had a misty, moldy smell. The bathroom towels were old and worn. The hotel itself was old, dirty and not kept up at all. There were exit doors open all over leaving a feeling of no security and anyone could walk in. The pictures on the website are not a true vision of what you will find once you get there. I would not refer this hotel to anyone.

We actually did not spend the planned two nights in the hotel... had to find another hotel at the last minute and spend 4 times what we planned- do not fall for the pictures on the internet
