Having spent our sixth family reunion at Sundial, it has gone down each year and we have reserved another condo for our seventh. Since the new management has taken over, it is a less friendly atmosphere. The staff is not well informed, making reservations has always been problematic and we encountered too many problems. The site is wonderful - ...
I agree with rosasmith about too much money. My husband had to fix the dishwasher, shower stalls and the elevator was out. Nothing to do after 7:00. Bar was closed, was expecting more spa stuff than a round hole in the ground and why wasn't there one at each pool. Rooms older than they look in pictures, way older!
Too much money for what we got. I thought it was going to be nicer. We paid $279.00 a night and was not that nice. We called the front desk because we needed towels, the phone must of rang for about 3 minutes they never answered. Called again the same thing happened. We never got towels until 7:00 p.m. that night. When we got back to our ...
I highly recommend Sanibel for a family vacation, and I highly recommend Sundial. The condo we rented was very nice, upscale, with a screened-in porch. The kids camp for my 7-year old was outstanding and she had a great time, and the other activities they offered for kids ala carte were great too (Scuba diving, hermit crab races, pool games, ...
guest relations were awesome. Food was great. Always something for the kids to do.I felt right at home with the kitchen and nice comfortable furniture. I WILL COME BACK AGAIN!. tHE VIEWS WERE BREATH TAKING.
I loved the view and the service of the employees. The weather was amazing. I had came right after a tropical storm and the water hadn't really cleared up until the day I left but the weather was still perfect. I think that the resort could have better listed the activities.
Inovative and fun for my children. That is what I belive about this hotel/resort. My 6 year old son loved it and I did too. One problem was when a coconut hit my car but what can you do. My room was a Seaside suite for 143 dollars plus tax. My advice is go a few days before Christmas everyone is so busy the island has hardly any tourists.
The suites are spacious and comfortable...feels very homey. Full kitchen helps if you bring along your whole family and there's so much to do right at the resort, you may never leave! Beautiful clean beaches ...miles of shells and don't miss those dolphins jumping in the water nearby!
When we checked in they gave us keys to a room that was occupied, the next room was not clean ,trash on the floor, unmaid beds. The people at the desk did not think it was a big deal? There we other people that were checking that said they had the same problems.
